Before you send

A few things
you may be wondering.

Have a question about a particular document or process?

Ask the SealLoop team
What can I send for electronic signature?

Start with your own PDFs: service agreements, NDAs, offer letters, and other documents that are suitable for electronic signing. Add recipients and place the required fields before sending. For a document with special requirements, confirm the fit with our team first.

When does a signing request use a credit?

A credit is used when everyone required to sign has finished. Drafts, sandbox requests, and voided transactions do not use credits. The standard transaction includes up to five PDFs and three signers; add-ons are priced separately.

How do I buy credits?

Choose a prepaid pack on the pricing page and contact our team to purchase it. The introductory pack includes 10 transactions for $10. Larger packs are available for teams sending more agreements.

Can I book an online notarization now?

General online booking is not yet available. SealLoop’s Virginia pilot has specific notary, signer, and identity requirements. Review eligibility and contact the team about availability before planning an appointment. Notarization is priced separately from electronic signatures.

What information stays with the document?

The record brings together the document, participants, request status, and recorded activity. You can inspect our fictional sample to see how those pieces fit together, and review our records guidance before using SealLoop for a particular retention requirement.
